Holiday Inn Express San Francisco Airport North, an IHG Hotel

I stayed at the same brand hotel in San Mateo before, but I didn't expect much from this hotel located in South San Francisco, as I remembered that the building was very old. I was shocked when I checked in and entered the room. !! It's the same brand, but the dimension is completely different!! staff friendliness. The defect in the room was 10 points, but the mattress comfort was so comfortable that I could rest. While going out to go to a nearby supermarket for a while, the woman looked unwell when she saw the couple on the street shaking without a home. I gave them as a gift because I wanted to let them rest for a night. They didn't want to accept it, but they entered the hotel room. I felt more comfortable and grateful for the warmth with tears lol I immediately left the hotel. I hope you have a trip that will leave you with fun and happy memories~~~♡♡♡thank you

Room, bedding and linens were very comfortable. Wished there was a quick guide on how to operate the t.v. remote, as it was tampered with by previous guest.

Overall I would recommend to a friend . Location, ease of use and friendly staff.

Everything is great. The rooms the bed..the pillows... great...the Gym and the Jacuzzi...what a relax... lovely staff...good and hot breakfast... Thank you all the staff..the lady that take care of the rooms... the lady that serve the breakfast and the coffee... everything... awesome..

I came to SF for one business meeting from the other coast and needed a place to stay at for a night after the flight. I had good sleep, the receptionist at the check-in was friendly and the room was clean so I could take the bath and look fresh and ready on the next morning. The breakfast was pretty mediocre but I was told it was due to the Covid (I travelled in June 2021 when California was still under restrictions). Overall, I don't regret my hotel choice and if I ever need to stay overnight in an airport hotel in SF the chances I'd pick Holiday Inn are quite high.
